Inspired again!

Triana, Triana
que bonita esta Triana
cuando le ponen al puente
la banderita gitana

An old friend is in town with a great workshop. Really a fabulous workshop. She's truly the best teacher I know and a very dear friend. Tonight we've been re-living our history and laughing a lot. The last time we met up we happened to both be in Seville and I went with her and another friend to see this man for the very first time. He walked out on stage in a similar outfit, although I swear he was wearing an old t-shirt. It looked like he forgot to dress for the show. and it was love at first sight.

It's so wonderful to see someone push the boundaries
(and not dress like a cake)
and wow, I love the singer and guitarist there.

That first performance was more like this though.

Sigh.

beautiful. I love it when you post this stuff.

one day you're going to have to post one of *your* performances for us. :)

this is so cool. would have loved to have attended such a workshop (as a fly with camera on the wall, of course)

yea, when are you going to post one of your performances? or are we going to have to be there in person?

He's funny! I love the hip at 2:40 and the hand flap at 2:42 in the first one.
