I came across this blog today. http://sleeptalkinman.blogspot.com all blurbs from a sleep-talker.
Have you ever talked in your sleep?
I have only twice that I can remember. once I sat straight up and yelled at my sister "kiss my ass!". she was a little angry with me the next morning until she realized I had no idea what she was talking about. took a bit of convincing to make it clear to me.
Just after we got married I woke up trying to clench my teeth shut against screaming someone's name.
My dear Spanish friend both talks and walks in his sleep and if he's never told you, you might think you've had some conversations that in fact he has no recollection of. I find it very funny now that I know this. It has altered our history just a little subtle bit and that's such an interesting comment on communication, relationship and memory.

Apparently I'm complete gibberish when I speak - but oddly I always remember being quite eloquent in my dreams, hehe
I don't talk in my sleep, but Jeremy wakes me every night. The disrupted rest does not bother me nearly as much as the fact that he mumbles when awake, but enunciates perfectly and loudly when asleep. Jerk.
